Every year the entire RES cohort stands down for safety and dedicates a day to our Safety Focus Event. Each of our 23 countries has speakers, workshops and presentations that focus on embracing safety and wellbeing wherever we work. Since starting our Safety Focus Events, our safety performance has improved across the board year on year. As we strive for industry-leading safety standards, this day holds immense significance for all of us at RES. Murley Mountain Wind Farm is spinning⛰️ In April, we energised our latest construction project in Northern Ireland, Murley Mountain Wind Farm. RES has taken this project through the development phase and is managing the construction phase on behalf of project owner NTR plc. RES will provide the asset management services once the wind farm is fully operational, continuing our ongoing partnership. Once all six turbines have been fully tested and operational, the 21.6MW wind farm will be able to generate enough clean energy to power ~ 20,000 homes. We're thrilled to announce a homecoming of sorts as RES takes the helm once again at the Ararat Wind Farm, one of Australia's pioneering renewable energy projects. Back in 2015, amid a challenging landscape for renewables, RES spearheaded the development of Ararat, a beacon of certainty in uncertain times. Despite headwinds from the government, RES, alongside partners OPTrust, Partners Group, and GE, navigated the turbulent waters to secure the green light for construction, bolstered by an innovative feed-in tariff from the ACT Government. Fast forward to today, and we're excited to reclaim the reins of Ararat as part of our strategic collaboration with Windlab. The acquisition of Windlab's Asset Management contract book, which includes gems like Ararat Wind Farm Coonooer Bridge Wind Farm and the Kennedy Energy Park underscores RES' unwavering commitment to sustainability and renewable energy in Australia. Anthony Berzi, Director of Support Services at RES in Australia, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Windlab's Asset Management contract book, including iconic projects like Coonooer Bridge, Kennedy and Ararat Wind Farms. The Honourable Minister for Energy and Clean Economy Jobs, Mick de Brenni MP was in Rockhampton today for Beef Week and dropped in to observe progress on our new Central Queensland Power (CQP) office. Minister de Brenni took the time to meet with the team and discuss the future of clean energy in Queensland and Australia.   CQP, a joint venture between RES in Australia and Energy Estate, is a portfolio of wind, solar, and storage projects with new transmission infrastructure and a capacity of over 4GW. It currently includes six strategically located large-scale wind, solar and battery storage projects.   CleanCo Queensland is partnering with CQP to progress the development of renewable energy projects across Central Queensland that will assist in delivering the Queensland Government’s commitment to a 70% renewables target by 2032. #PowerforGood #CentralQueenslandPower #AustralianRenewables

Our Navigator North offshore wind project in Gippsland, Victoria, to be developed in partnership with Origin Energy, has just been recommended by the Australian Government to be awarded a feasibility licence. This is an important step forward for the project and reflects the strengths, capabilities and commitments of the Origin x RES JV. The venture looks forward to finalising the feasibility licence application process and working in consultation with Traditional Owners and the Gippsland community to continue to progress the 1.5 GW Navigator North project. Sweden's largest battery #energystorage project is now operational!   The Elektra Energy Storage Project will provide ancillary services to help balance the grid for Landskrona Energi.   “We are very pleased to see Elektra completed. From development to construction and commissioning, it has been a rapid process, and we are very happy and proud of it. Elektra is an important project for both Landskrona and the Swedish grid as a whole. Projects like this help make our grid less susceptible to power outages,” Emelie Glave, Project Manager at RES.   RES will now provide asset management and O&M services for the project using our storage control and dispatch system #RESolve, to help maximise ROI. #PowerForGood
