Mr. Jones oversees all global activities related to wind resource assessment at ArcVera, providing expert insights to support development activities throughout the project life cycle from greenfield prospecting through project finance, due diligence review, and repowering. Jones began working in wind energy resource assessment in 2007, when he joined V-Bar, LLC. At V-Bar, he led the analysis of wind resource estimates for projects ranging in size from a single turbine to 1,000 MW nameplate in North, Central, and South America. He holds a B.S. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as an M.S. in Mathematics-Atmospheric Science and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
