Dr. Cynthia C. Brown serves as the CEO of IWNL Energy, leader in innovation, workforce development and learning solutions. With a background in systems engineering and program management, she's adept at data analysis, formulating recommendations, enhancing client engagement in renewable energy. Her tenure includes transformative roles like Head of Training at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Wind Service Training Center, orchestrating training strategies, embedding a safety culture, and aligning with stringent policies. Previously at Lockheed Martin, she spearheaded projects in missile systems and training solutions for the Department of Defense, demonstrating her capability to impact critical defense and energy sectors. Dr. Brown's academic credentials, including an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech, complement her professional achievements. Dr. Brown demonstrates her dedication to developing future renewable energy experts by serving as Adjunct Professor at the College of the Florida Keys in the Renewable Energy Engineering Technology Program.
