Dr. Ann Scott serves as Program Manager for Environmental Planning in the Environmental Services Group in the greater Chicagoland region for Terracon. Dr. Scott has over 25 years of archaeological and environmental compliance experience and has been a consultant on numerous projects in Texas, surrounding states, and the Midwest US including Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. The work has been performed in compliance with various State Antiquities Codes, Section 106 of National Historic Preservation Act, and National Environmental Policy Act.
