Lynnette Heath

Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
nVent

Lynnette Heath joined nVent’s as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer when the company spun out of Pentair in 2018. Prior to joining nVent, Heath was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Entrust Datacard. Previously, she served in HR roles at General Electric, McKesson Corp. and Northern States Power (now Xcel Energy). In her role at nVent, Heath has led the creation of the Inclusion and Diversity team which has created 9 Employee Resource Groups and embedded inclusion into the company culture. She has also been involved in the ESG efforts and led the People pillar of the Sustainability Report and strategy.

In addition to her roles in Human Resources, Heath served as a previous Board Chair at Volunteers of America, Minnesota and Wisconsin chapter, a ~$50M non-profit in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is also currently serving as Vice President on the nVent Foundation Board which focuses on STEM education in underserved communities.

Heath holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
