Director of the Construction Engineering Center at Western Michigan University. Oversee a facility that performs wind and seismic loading on commercial and residential structures utilizing various load frames, MTS equipment and the only dynmic wind uplift table within an academic setting. In addition, our facility houses an Advanced Dynamic Wind Tunnel that is being used to measure skin friction and pressures induced on residential structures at various parameters. My goal is to utilize our facility to create various academic certificates and bachelorette programs in wind engineering and sustainable energy generation.
