Aon
Joanna is a member of Aon’s Talent Solutions commercial team. In her role as the Global Relationship Executive for the Energy & Renewables Vertical, her primary responsibilities involve building out relationships, client networks and intellectual capital across the energy value chain, including oil & gas, utilities, and renewable energy (and everything in between!). Joanna has spent her ̴20-year consulting career focused within the energy industry. Prior to joining Aon in 2021, Joanna worked at Mercer for 16 years, where she helped build and manage energy compensation and benefits surveys and network groups across the globe, including the USA, Canada, Argentina, the UK, Europe, GCC in the Middle East and Malaysia.
Prior to consulting, Joanna worked internally in HR in the financial services sector, focusing on employment and mergers and acquisitions. She holds a BA in International Business, German and Spanish from Lenoir-Rhyne University and an MSc in Applied Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh.
